I had sent out numerous inquiries beforehand. David Irvine was one of the first representatives to contact me back. We began right away working the numbers, which were becoming pretty competitive even before my leaving the house. Saturday I made my rounds and still found other possible deals down in Seattle so worked my way down there and back up stopping at two or three other dealerships along the way. It was already becoming a pretty long day. Although I found a slightly better deal on an attractive vehicle with a few more options down in Seattle, I gave David Irvine my business not only because of his competitive pricing, but mainly due to his amazing customer service. His personality and constant contact with me throughout my travels made his dealership my last stop. David was the first to basically give me the time of day and stayed in touch through the entire process, when some of the other dealerships I visited both in person and electronically either hesitated to spend time with me on the lot after traveling 2 or 3 hours to get there, or answered my emails either a day later and in some cases with prepared "packaged" responses. I left the dealership in my new Jeep Cherokee completely satisfied. David Irvine has looked in on me from time to time checking in to see how things are going. Maybe I can negotiate a lower price but a one step buying experience was worth the visit. I didn't have to go through multiple mangers in the process. It was easy just dealing with one person. He took the extra time to go visit the accessory shop and even go pick up my family and bring them to lunch. It was one of the fastest buying process. Sales Department Purchased a $60k truck. Was stopped by a county sheriff for not having mud flaps per RCW 46.37.500. It states, "Vehicles must have bumpers or mud flap Purchased a $60k truck. It states, "Vehicles must have bumpers or mud flaps that extend to the middle of the rear axle, which would prevent rocks from being thrown rear-ward." The truck I was sold did not meet this requirement, thus I was issued a warning that was entered into the "system" and will be flagged as such if I am stopped again for violating the RCW. Spoke to the dealer. Was told that they would take me to a place that would install them, at my cost! Bottom line, I was sold a vehicle that is not legal to drive on state roads. More

We have made several trips into this dealership looking at new Jeeps. Each time the sales person passed us off because they didn't want to spend the time and made us feel as though we were unworthy of the at new Jeeps. We bought a new 2012 Dodge truck from this dealership and worked directly with Gwen. This buying experience was the best we have ever had and over the years we have bought 7 vehicles (5 new and 2 used) from worked directly with Gwen. We had a horrible ( and I mean horrible) experience with two other dealers between Sunday and Tuesday looking for the same type of truck but I must say the other trucks were a step down from the one we ended up getting from Karmart. We contacted Gwen on Wednesday morning around 9:00 am with all of our needs and wants for a new truck and by 8:00 pm that night, we had our deal done and everything was exactly as she had stated over the phone. The truck was as described with all and more of our required options, the deal on the truck was in writing, no games, no gimmicks no foul play. She had said in our initial phone converstation that they were a very transparent dealership and took care of their customers and appologized profusly for the experience we had previously with the other dealerships and explained they felt horrible since they do not opperate that way. At the same time, she had not one bad thing to say about the other dealers which I thought was very professional since we already knew the dirty details of how the other dealerships opperated. I am convinced that every word that she said about Karmart was completely true now that we have finished dealing with them. We will be returning to Karmart for all of our service needs and of course if the occassion ever arrises where we need another vehicle, we will go there. I will be spreading the word to all of our friends looking to purchase a vehicle and also told Gwen that I would sing her praises on every review site that was available to us since her customer service and Karmart went above and beyond the call of duty! We are thrilled with our truck but also feel like we have made a new business friend that we will trust for our service and future buying needs.
