Karp Kia is Excellent ! I recently purchased a 2016 Kia Soul at Karp Kia in Rockville Centre NY. From start to finish, through the entire process I was impressed by the staff I recently purchased a 2016 Kia Soul at Karp Kia in Rockville Centre NY. From start to finish, through the entire process I was impressed by the staff there. My sales consultant Michael Rosenberg was excellent. Initially I had gone to the dealer to inquire about a used vehicle that they had on the lot. Michael was professional, courteous , and most importantly I felt he was fair and honest with me. When I questioned him about new car deals offered to me at other Kia dealships, Michael gave me the truth on how those deals were advertised and misleading to shoppers. As a skeptical consumer I did my own research and found all the information given by Michael to be accurate and true. So I found myself back at Karp Kia and could not have been happier with my decision ! The Business Manager Peggy Foster,the person who I closed the deal with, was also excellent. I my past experiences when signing your purchase contract dealers have tried to sneak things in or pressure me to purchase extra options or extended warranties. She offered several options to me, however there were no surprises or undue sales pressures. I have been fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to purchase numerous vehicles throughout my life and this was my best car purchase transaction to date. I plan on keeping my new Kia Soul for some time, but if there comes a time I want to buy another Kia- Karp Kia is the place I will be going ! I just want to add that I have no affiliation or ties to Karp Kia and have never owned a Kia prior to my purchase. I was recommended to go there by a friend and found it to be exceptional. More
