Hour drive..... Worth it!!!!! On 8/6/16 I drove a little over an hour to check out a 2013 Kia Soul! I saw online. When I arrived at the dealer Frankie was nice enough to introduce On 8/6/16 I drove a little over an hour to check out a 2013 Kia Soul! I saw online. When I arrived at the dealer Frankie was nice enough to introduce himself and saw the car I was interested. After the test drive went back to the office to talk some numbers. He wanted to sell me the on Saturday but since the banks were already closed he requested that we come back during the week. Monday morning 8/8/16 Frankie called saying he was in touch with the bank and would call me back shorty. Soon after I was the new owner of the 2013 Kia Soul!. Yes he did everything over the phone due to me living a little over an hour away. Later that day I was back at the dealer to sign my paper work and take off in my new car. Frankie made the whole experience fast and easy. Just before I left I asked him for one last request.... If he would be kind enough to take my photo with one of the hamsters from the show room with my new car. Best thing was that I was the first person to ask him to do so. So in about 4 years when I ready to purchase another car hopefully Frankie will still be there. More

Unlike many other car salesmen, he was not pushy at all but still showed that he was interested in helping us find the right car without making us feel pressured. I felt very comfortable with him and know that he is just genuinely a good guy. He knows his business well and knows how to work well with people. Car shopping is a long process and he really could not have made it any better. Being easy on the eyes does not hurt either. Had limited correspondence with other employees, however all were extremely friendly and helpful even though they were not dealing directly with us.
