Victor is very knowledgeable about the Kia cars and is an excellent salesman. He made my purchase with Karp Kia an excellent experience! He kept on asking us if we wanted anything to drink. Sales person (Jeff) was great, very friendly and cooperative; the finance person (Todd) was competent and helpful, even though at times hard to reach. The dealership telephone system needs improvement; it was sometimes very difficult to leave a message in a voice mail, or speak with anybody, and it got on occasion somewhat frustrating. The price agreed upon was just fair: i know i could have received a better price elsewhere, but i liked the dealership and the people i dealt with, therefore i decided to purchase from KARP. Altogether, a positive experience, and i would definitely recommend this dealership. More

I purchased a 2011 Kia Sportage in Jan. 2012. Unfortunately, the glove compartment did not close properly and there was a problem with my headlamp lenses fogging up. Karp Service department were very helpful in solving these problems as quickly and efficiently as they could. Michael Rosenberg (sales) did his very best to speed along the servicing of my new Sportage. Also Patti Alaveri (pubic relations) was extremely accommodating. She was always in contact with me to make sure I was pleased with my new car and the servicing of it. More

My wife and I visited the Karp Auto Dealership, and while looking around, we were approached by Victor, a Sales Rep. We were treated with respect and friendliness,to say like pure gold.. All our questions were answered. He actually gave us a reason to purchase. Without any pressure we signed up some papers, and the next day we came out of there owning a new Kia,and loving it. We are very pleased with our experience at Karp Auto. My wife and I where looking for a very specific 2012 Kia Sorento. After visiting just about every Kia dealership in the area Karp was the ONLY one willing to find that model for us. They could have easily t Sorento. After visiting just about every Kia dealership in the area Karp was the ONLY one willing to find that model for us. They could have easily tried to push us to another model just like the others did but Edward McGarr worked feverishly for weeks trying to locate this model, he stayed in touch with me letting me know inventory status from VA to ME until he finally found it and got it for us. Doing business with Karp is a pleasure, straight forward and no bait and switch like others do. Also this is a family run business which might have to do with the awesome personal attention you get here, not like the huge BIG whatever auto malls and the like who tell you what you want to hear but end up trying to sell you something other. We are very happy with our new Sorento ! More
