Although I was in the research stage in looking for a used car, I couldn't pass up the outstanding opportunity that I found at Karp Kia. Not only did the 2007 Optima come with the moonroof I wanted, it w used car, I couldn't pass up the outstanding opportunity that I found at Karp Kia. Not only did the 2007 Optima come with the moonroof I wanted, it was fully loaded with only 25,000 miles on it! Michael Diakanwa couldn't have been more helpful and treated me as if I was buying a brand new car. Everyone we met, whether it was Michael, Todd (the finance man ) or any of the other salespeople on the floor, were all extremely pleasant and never pushy. I think that being family owned vs. a larger dealership makes for happy employees which translates to happy customers! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Karp to anyone I know. While in the process of looking for a new vehicle my husband and I noticed a 2012 Kia Optima on the road. We both commented on how elegant and sporty this vehicle looked. Upon walking into the showroom, we were approached by Vic Travaglianti, one of the most professional and knowledgable salesman we have ever dealt with considering we had visited many other dealerships before making our decision. He also helped us decide whether to buy or lease. Vic was not your typical high pressure salesman. Along with his beautiful smile, he made us feel as though we were part of his family and made us feel right at home. There wasn't a time we walked into Karp that he didn't offer us something to drink. Vic truly made our sale painless and effortless. This was a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Vic and the Karp family to our friends and family. Vic also introduced us to Kia's sales manager, Kevin, who also made us feel like part of the Karp family and congratulated us on our new Optima SX.
