Terrible customer service This dealership is awful. I have had my car serviced here with very poor results. The service took much longer than they promised. Then, they tried This dealership is awful. Also, I recently tried to return my car there at the end of my lease, and they would not let me. I had to take my car to another dealership, where it took a total of 10 minutes to fill out the necessary documents. I don't know why they gave me such a hard time. I just know they don't really care about the customer. More

I RECEIVED A CALL FROM MY SALESMAN DAVID MARKOWITZ LAST WEEK. HE ASKED IF I WOULD BE INTERESTED I GETTING OUT OF MY 2017 S60 AND INTO A NEW CAR. WITH 6 MONTHS LEFT ON MY LEASE I CAME DOWN TO DISCUSS WHAT H WEEK. HE ASKED IF I WOULD BE INTERESTED I GETTING OUT OF MY 2017 S60 AND INTO A NEW CAR. WITH 6 MONTHS LEFT ON MY LEASE I CAME DOWN TO DISCUSS WHAT HE HAD AVAILABLE THAT WOULD MAKE SENSE TO MAKE THE SWITCH. DAVID PRESENTED ME WITH A 2020 S60 AWD T6 FOR REVIEW. BASED ON THE NUMBERS I WOULD HAVE A NEW CAR WITH A VERY SMALL INCREASE OVER WHAT I HAD BEEN PAYING. IN ADDITION THE NEW CAR WAS FAR SUPERIOR TO THE CAR I HAD BEEN DRIVING FOR THE LAST 2 1/2 YEARS. DAVID INTRODUCED ME TO MONICA WHO HANDLES ALL THE INSURANCE CHANGES ON NEW CARS. SHE TOOK CONTROL AND QUICKLY GOT ALL THE PAPERWORK COMPLETED SO I COULD PICK UP THE CAR THAT AFTERNOON. AS AN ADDED BONUS SHE QUOTED ME ON A NEW CAR INSURANCE POLICY FROM ALLSTATE. TURNS OUT SHE WAS ABLE TO REDUCE MY CAR INSURANCE AND SAVE ME A GREAT DEAL OF MONEY. SHE WENT 1 STEP FURTHER AND QUOTED ME ON COMBINING MY CAR INSURANCE AND HOME OWNERS INSURANCE INTO 1 POLICY AND SHE IS SAVING ME EVEN MORE MONEY WHICH ACTUALLY COVERS THE INCREASE I'M PAYING FOR THE NEW LEASE. THIS IS NOT MY FIRST LEASED CAR FROM KARP. I'VE LOST COUNT ON HOW MANY VOLVO'S I'VE LEASED FROM KARP BUT WE CAN START WITH THE 740 ,850, S60, S80, C70,, S40 AND MORE .S60'S.. IN ALL THAT TIME I HAVE NEVER HAS A BAD EXPERIENCE. More
