Rude Finance Person Recently I leased a Volvo X40 at this dealer. Sales person was cooperative and efficient. But finance person was rude and unreasonable. This initial amount included DMV registration fee. They never send registration certificate. Instead I received a letter asking me to pay registration fee of $133.00 which I paid already.
