Rude Finance Person Recently I leased a Volvo X40 at this dealer. Sales person was cooperative and efficient. But finance person was rude and unreasonable. I paid all in Recently I leased a Volvo X40 at this dealer. Sales person was cooperative and efficient. But finance person was rude and unreasonable. I paid all initial amount per lease agreement. This initial amount included DMV registration fee. They never send registration certificate. Instead I received a letter asking me to pay registration fee of $133.00 which I paid already. I called and they were rude and uncooperative. More

He then transferred me to his salesman Michael Kelly to finish all the details and paperwork, Michael is thorough, caring and makes the entire process very organized and seamless. You do not have to worry about one piece of paperwork after you are done, he did everything for us. Very personable too, amazing employee - lots of care! Very disappointed I have bought and leased multiple Volvo cars from this dealership over many years. This time I was deeply disappointed at my experience at the dealer I have bought and leased multiple Volvo cars from this dealership over many years. This time I was deeply disappointed at my experience at the dealer ship . I needed to get out of my lease 9 months ahead of time and got quoted an astronomical price in a new lease . Months before I needed to get out I contacted Karp and they never told me there was a Volvo pull ahead program that was always running that wiped away 6 months of your lease if you leased a new Volvo . Depending at the deal you make with the dealership sometimes they will extend it to 9 months pull ahead. We have been a loyal customer of Karp, like I said buying and leasing many vehicles over the years. The price they quoted me in the showroom Was astonishing. I spent 3 hours at dealership trying to make it work and it was impossible. When I got home I started looking at other dealers inventory. Within a few hours I found a much better deal at Queens Volvo . The same SUV with the same packages with the same lease terms, and money down substantially cheaper than Queens Volvo. The difference in pricing per month was substantial, like over $80 cheaper per month and they wiped away a total of 9 months of the lease left. I am truly very disappointed at karp Volvo and don’t think I will even get my vehicle serviced there. What a mistake you guys made. You lost a family of good loyal Volvo owners. More
