So disappointed I am so disappointed in the 2016 XC-90 we leased. The service department is the worst I've ever experienced. I know that things happen but when you I am so disappointed in the 2016 XC-90 we leased. The service department is the worst I've ever experienced. I know that things happen but when you bring it in for service you expect things to be fixed. The one time it wasn't a computer issue was the front seat passenger side seatbelt. It wouldn't click in unless you played around with it and constantly jiggled it. They had my car for two days and said nothing was wrong with the seatbelt. Luckily my husband realized all it needed was a little oil to let it slide in easier. Now the car isn't starting and when I called I was told we don't tow and that was it. I called back and spoke to the service assistant manager and at least she gave me the roadside assistance number. This was my first and last time I would ever lease or purchase a Volvo!!! More

We are now Leasing a Volvo S60 My Son-in-Laws parents just re leased a 2017 Volvo S60 from another area dealer and gave me an idea of their deal. I had been looking at Infiniti’s, N My Son-in-Laws parents just re leased a 2017 Volvo S60 from another area dealer and gave me an idea of their deal. I had been looking at Infiniti’s, Nissan’s, Honda’s, and Subaru’s and was getting frustrated by the whole experience. I was familiar with the good reviews that this vehicle had received and Volvo’s reputation as a safe car. I drove down to Karp Volvo just to get an idea of how their price compared to the dealer that my son-in-laws parents made their purchase. In any case I walked into the dealer without an appointment and spoke with John Lane the Manager on duty. He basically priced out the lease for me after letting us know that we could save some additional money becaus my wife was a Teacher in any case he introduced me to Ramon Jaquez Who made it happen. To sum it up thanks Karp Volvo, John Lane, and Ramon Jaquez. You made me a Volvo owner. More
