I called you and was sent to your voicemail. I would have left a message, but your voicemail is full - another indication of less than stellar customer service. Look - you lost me as a customer. I live locally but got the car in Glen Cove. Thank your salesman for that. I'm not sure what you want to talk to me about - what I described in my post is exactly what happened. Ask your salesmen and see if any of them confess.
