David Markowitz, our salesperson for the past few years was beyond helpful in finding us exactly what we wanted. My son couldn't be more happy with his new S60 that we leased a few months back and I love my 2012 XC60! David was able to find us the exact car we've been looking for! He made sure that before we left the dealer we knew the car thoroughly and even called back to make sure everything was going well. All I have to say is what a truly great experience!!! I told David I wanted Crystal White Pearl (exterior) with Soft Beige interior. David told me I had to give him a choice of three colors and had to locate vehicle, hopefully the one I wanted. Approximately three (3) days later David called me and reserved the vehicle of my dreams, I was the happiest person on earth!!! From the moment I walked into this dealership till the end, David explained everything in fine detail about the vehicle I purchased. The day I took delivery was the best, David spent well over two (2) hours explaining everything to me about the XC90. I have gone to other dealerships and trust me no one is like David and don't even come close. Approximately two (2) days after I picked up vehicle, David called me and wanted to know how I was enjoying the vehicle and if I had any questions. I can go to this dealership at anytime and David will make sure I understand the vehicle in and out. I highly recommend David @ Karp, he was very Honest, Professional, Fair, knowledgeable and patient!!! I also worked with Henry Taboada on financing, etc., he was very nice too, he explained everything to me about financing, tire warranty, interior, exterior protection, etc. The XC90 drives so nice and handles roads well and has enough room, great vehicle. I wish I could say I brought my car from them, but instead chose a nissan (which i already regret). The craftsmanship in Volvo’s stand alone, apart and above even the Mercedez Benz I looked at. I have told Doug my next car in 2 years will be the Volvo and I will be getting it from Karp. Great people to work with, great cars We stopped by just to test drive a used Volvo. We were on the way to look at some other Volvos in the area and had time to kill. We kind of expected to deal with annoying, pushy car salespeople trying to get you to buy something you don't want. None of that happened here. When David brought us to the car and gave us the specs, my husband and I looked at each other in disbelief. We found exactly what we had been looking for but had not been able to find: a very gently used, beautiful Volvo at a good price - not what I expected at a dealership. David never tried to push the car on us, and never made us feel uncomfortable. He was honest and friendly that day and has since been nothing but a pleasure to work with since our purchase. We also worked with Henry Taboada and he too was nothing but great to work with. We drove our new Volvo upstate for the weekend, and the car hasn't presented any surprises and we feel great about buying from Karp. We'll be back. More

He delivered the car to my house - a First with Karp and a First with Volvo cars. In years past, we've own nothing but Volvos: 244DL, 244, 245, Cross Country AWD, XC90 AWD and now XC70 AWD. Mike got us the exact car package we wanted. Located it in Port Newark, NJ. Car works great with improved technology (compared to Volvo). They finally included USB and AUX In, which, for me, was a major, major shortcoming and short sighted from Volvo Design Engineers. Now, if we can only shut off the rear tail lights when the hatch door is opened for hours at night (camping, etc.) More
