Horrible customer experience Scheduled service for brakes on Thursday . Dropped the car off Friday night, spoke with nick in the morning and I called at 3:30 to see if my car was completed.. To my surprise Nick informed me that no work was performed because the brake pads needed to be special ordered for a SAAB 93. I called a local auto store in Baldwin and they were in stock. In addition I ordered and payed for a windshield washer container in February and I was told it was defective today. So basically my car sat there all day (sat) at the dealership and no one notified me that my car would not be serviced. In addition I could have had the brakes done by the person who informed me I needed brakes but I opted to use karp because I considered them my mechanic. Not anymore!!, i must say that the two ladies Catherine and ? At least showed me understanding and both offered to have the service manager call me. Both nick and David were very condecending. I have leased or purchased 4 cars from Karp with my latest purchase being a 2013 Volvo XC90. I feel as a loyal customer Karp let me down and showed no customer loyalty. My next car will not be purchased at Karp. More

He walked me through the entire process, answered any question I had, and followed through with anything that needed to be done after I left the dealership. I highly recamend buying or leasing your next Volvo from him. You don't feel pressured or like you need to haggle prices, they are being upfront and honest from the beginning. Karp maintains a high level of quality for its customers and I am now the proud owner of a brand new Volvo! More

He had the tech measure the wear on the tires before suggesting to rotate the tires. I asked Carlos if anything could be done about some scuff marks that were beyond my abilities to remove. When the car came back, all the marks were completely gone. The servicing was completed on time. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience. More

He was essential in me selling my old car and then showing me different vehicles that fit my criteria. Michael developed trust and abuilt a solid relationship that made things easier and comfortable for me. He went out of his way to make sure I got the car I wanted. At the time of the purchase, the entire Karp Volvo staff was friendly and helpful, from negotiating the price, figuring out the finances (Thank you Mr.Taboada), and preparing my car for pick up. My first impression was overwhelmingly positive when I was introduced to Tim Gilley and from there my the relationship with each individual lets me know that I must be pretty special to have met such wonderful friends. David Markowitz was so professional, patient, informative, etc. I came in for repairs on my 2005 Saab and thanks to David Markowitz, I came home happy, happy with a 2014 Volvo. Came in for service left with new vehicle I came in to have service done on an XC 90 and left a few days later with a new s60. After repairs on my vehicle were becoming too expensive Mr.David I came in to have service done on an XC 90 and left a few days later with a new s60. After repairs on my vehicle were becoming too expensive Mr.David Markowitz recommended that I look at the S 60, I had time to drive this vehicle, as it was given to me as a loaner. It was quite a different feel to my truck but I loved it. Mr Markowitz put everything in place, and on my return to Karp had all the paperwork ready, his attention to detail was incredible. Very happy with my new vehicle. His name eludes me, but the gentleman in service is a top notch affable individual, he kept me informed on a daily basis of every aspect of the repair. Last but not least Mrs K. with her pleasant phone demeanour and sense of humour made every effort to ensure all of my concerns we addressed Pleasant experience surely will be back. David L More
