In 2007 I had my first experience from Karp Volvo leasing a new S40. I loved the car so much that I bought it once the lease matured. I kept the car and had it serviced by Karp Volvo until July 2013. I must say that I am a car person and have an antique Cadillac as well. I maintain my vehicles and give them great care. I also keep all my service records and receipts, so yes I am THAT guy. Many factors, and careful consideration are always "key" in my life. I have the pleasure to be attended to by the service dept. and sales team with each and every visit. Frank Moscati got me into my first Volvo and Michael Conway into my S60 I took delivery of today! The service I receive is truly amazing and consistent, especially when one considers how poor customer service has become. Tony Martinez, the sales manager is always professional and not only asks about my current Volvo, but also about any local car shows that I may be showing my classic car. He is truly sincere and remembers details. He has always been and continues to be appreciative of my business, even if I am just there for a routine oil-change. I find everyone at this location to be professional, gracious, and friendly. I refer to Tony Martinez to be Karp Volvo's "A-team". I am sure Michael Conway agrees. I, myself, work in the retail sales industry and pay attention to body language and morale. Its my opinion that Michael Conway, Bill, & Frank all were very pleased in helping me. This is rare, but yet obvious when employees are happy with upper management. I ask as a loyal Volvo driver that you commend and thank these individuals for their dedication to their job and the excellent service that they provide.
