I drive 25 miles to Kastner Honda so that my service writer, Danise Collins, can arrange for service on my 2006 Pilot. My car has over 300,000 miles on it. It usually only needs routine maintenance. On a couple of occasions, it has needed repairs, due to mistreatment of the car. Danise and the mechanics that do the work that she orders do their work quickly, neatly and accurately. They get it right the first time, every time. Danise is courteous, efficient and very reliable. She goes out of her way to make the service convenient. Thank you Danise. We recently moved to Napa and have purchased numerous Honda's in the past. We received a coupon for an Oil Change in the mail from the Dealership and took the car in for an oil change and the Dealership Honda's in the past.
