drove an hour and half, they had me thinkin they could get me a deal, only thing they offerd was " 0" Zero down period. didnt want to deal on my trade, lead to believe Zero percent financing, and $199 pay get me a deal, only thing they offerd was " 0" Zero down period. didnt want to deal on my trade, lead to believe Zero percent financing, and $199 payments on select vehicles. the truck they tried to put me in was on their site as brand new, but someone drive it 1800 miles. when they couldnt sell me the truck at double the payment price, the finance manager actually came in and told me to blow of paying my finance company, let them come and get my truck, and told me to buy there truck, i had my daughter with me, top it off, they told me to sell my truck for $500 and have someone pay me $400 a month on it. so i could by there truck??? The dealership new i was coming and left me waiting in lobby, the salesmen wasnt even there when i got there, really? This was the reason i never want to go to dealership, i know numbers and finance, they just reassured why i hate NEW CAR DEALERSHIPS!! This is 100% what happened. long drive waisted!!! More

Looked at a 2015 Mercedes coupe and the salesman Adam Driver assured me the vehicle had been serviced and inspected, I checked the oil a few days later and it was very dirty,I spoke with the dealership Driver assured me the vehicle had been serviced and inspected, I checked the oil a few days later and it was very dirty,I spoke with the dealership and they had him call me, I spent $124.00 for a oil change and a full service check over,he said he would reimburse me for the oil change ,its been 2 weeks and no check has showed up,be careful about buying any used car at Kate Faupel Ford in Henderson KY. More

The sales manager Dante needs some training. The language he uses is unprofessional. I haven’t heard that much foul language from one person ever in my life. In front of everyone in the showroom, including little kids. He got so angry at a customer he screamed get the blank out and got in this customer’s face and told him he was going to beat his blank. I don't know why he snapped like that, it that customer must have really pushed his buttons. It’s was a scary situation for sure. I wish I could have recorded that. I won’t be back to that place. Just felt low class and dirty the way they treat folks. More

I went to this dealership in February 2022 and the car we got is a Piece of crap. Brad the sales Person likes to scam women out of cars. The family member that bought the car. She has taken it up there almos got is a Piece of crap. Brad the sales Person likes to scam women out of cars. The family member that bought the car. She has taken it up there almost 10 times and they haven't done nothing. They put a used motor in this car and it is using twice as much oil. My family is a bunch of mechanics and car gurus. I will never return to this Dealership and i DONT recommend them. More

Dishonest Terrible Dealer and Management They sold me and my husband a vehicle with a bad car fax! They had a old but "clean" car fax I'm the glove dept. When I tried to trade in at another dealership they discovered it had been in an accident. Do not trust them! Once they sell to you they are done with you! Will cost us a few thousand dollars to get out of a wrecked car! They refused to make it right! Terrible dealer and management!!! More
