We gave a 2025 bronco, we brought it in a month ago for a roaring noise but of course they found nothing, that seems to be the normal, but they did say I have a recall, supposedly ordered the part .....fast forward to yesterday Aug 15, we are driving out of town and the car lite up light a Christmas tree and said service now, so we dont get to go out of town and we head straight champion, and of course to be told can't see us til weds, which I figured that, the guy said it had been throwing a code since July 20th, but Saturday it threw a warning code, and said service now, so we ask for a loner car because I have to work and was told no til the diagnostic, he said drive it unless it dies, this is so reassuring, and also no one had ordered the recall piece, my husband really like this place, me not so much, 3 from you all recently and all lemons, mind you this car only had 11,000 miles, i should have been given a car or at least you all pay for rental til we see whats wrong. I have to take kids to and from school, pn 54 with a car that is more than likely gonna die,

Extremely disappointed with how this dealership handled our attempt to purchase a Bronco. At closing Thursday, I told salesman Mason that my dad was ready to put down a deposit to hold the Bronco until Saturday. Mason told me that he would call my dad at 8:30 Friday morning to take the deposit over the phone. He specifically assured me the Bronco could NOT be sold before then. My father is 91 years old and was buying the Bronco for his grandson who is in college and needs something to drive. My father still believes that a man’s word is worth something. Mason never called. At 10:30 Friday morning, he wasn’t even at work yet. Between 10:00-10:30 they sold the Bronco to someone else. A man’s word apparently means nothing anymore. The ONLY reason my dad wasn’t able to buy this truck was because we relied on Mason’s assurance and his promise to call the next morning. In addition, I spoke with Chad the manager because he was going to “get to the bottom of it and call me back”. Never happened. I have called him three times to no avail. I genuinely don’t expect to hear from him. That is absolutely unacceptable.

drove an hour and half, they had me thinkin they could get me a deal, only thing they offerd was " 0" Zero down period. didnt want to deal on my trade, lead to believe Zero percent financing, and $199 payments on select vehicles. the truck they tried to put me in was on their site as brand new, but someone drive it 1800 miles. when they couldnt sell me the truck at double the payment price, the finance manager actually came in and told me to blow of paying my finance company, let them come and get my truck, and told me to buy there truck, i had my daughter with me, top it off, they told me to sell my truck for $500 and have someone pay me $400 a month on it. so i could by there truck??? The dealership new i was coming and left me waiting in lobby, the salesmen wasnt even there when i got there, really? This was the reason i never want to go to dealership, i know numbers and finance, they just reassured why i hate NEW CAR DEALERSHIPS!! This is 100% what happened. long drive waisted!!!

I have never written a review before but my experience at Hunt Ford has changed that. If a ZERO rating were possible that would be how I would have rated my experience of trying to buy a car from this dealership today. After making an appointment and driving almost an hour to the dealership to test drive a 2021 Ford Explorer ST and telling the sales person and his sales manager that my intent was to finance the vehicle through my bank with a $25,000 downpayment there was no problem at that time. I inquired about the $1000 discount Ford was offering but was told it only applies if financed through Ford. I still decided to pay full sticker price for the vehicle. There was a problem with a small scratch on the rear bumper and was told that it would be fixed or replaced. So no problem so far. There was also a problem with my new iPhone 12 not working with the vehicles wireless charger but still not a deal breaker. I told the sales person and sales manager I would like to check out one other dealership and hopefully I would return to purchase the Explorer ST. After I left the dealership I decided to look no further and called to let them no my intention to buy from them. I asked for a purchase offer for my bank and was willing to give them a credit card payment as a good faith deposit and return in the morning to pick up the vehicle. So far so good. Then I got a call back from the sales person and he told me the dealerships owner said they would only sell me the vehicle if I financed through them. Bottom line they were very unprofessional. DO NOT waist your time with this dealership if you expect to be valued as a customer, treated with respect and honesty and you intend to finance through your bank.

warrenty repair - leaky pan

Absolutely the worse dealership for service. I scheduled an appointment for leaking oil pan and blown rear shock. They ordered a gasket for the oil pan leak and a shock, which took over 3 weeks to get. Did not call to schedule appointment, so I called them after about a month. I was told 5 weeks till I could bring in for repair. That appointment was cancelled and quickest I could bring in was 3 weeks later, Memorial Day weekend. So this service department is either so understaffed they don't have a mechanic or they do not want to do warrenty work. 3 monthes to schedule a repair......really??? Called Van Drunen Ford, they had the parts, and scheduled the repair in 2 DAYS! Unfortunately the Bob Harper Ford did not see the BIG CRACK in the oil pan which also had to be replaced. I would NEVER refer to this dealership!
