I had terrible experiences at previous dealerships and when I got to Kayser Chrysler of Watertown, I was in a bad mood. However, it only took a few minutes for me to realize that this dealership was not l when I got to Kayser Chrysler of Watertown, I was in a bad mood. However, it only took a few minutes for me to realize that this dealership was not like the rest! They turned my mood right around with their fun and welcoming personalities! The Kayser webpage touts promises of car buying made simple and assurances that “it feels right” Maybe if Derek the sales manager was able to follow through in his word it would feel that way. I have spent over a month waiting on a vehicle that was promised at a certain price, and when the vehicle becomes available is 4K more. If your car buying process was so easy and simple “feels right” then you honor a price given when asking the customer to wait a month. More
