I purchased my new Acura with Hoen Acura, Carlsbad. Less than a week later the breaks were making an unusual noise. After several visits to the Hoen Acura, Carlsbad, I was told by the service manager that than a week later the breaks were making an unusual noise. After several visits to the Hoen Acura, Carlsbad, I was told by the service manager that the noise was normal for new vehicles. This didn't sit well with me. I was disappointed. I did not feel like they could be trusted to take care of their customers. I decided that I would drive 30 miles out of my way to Kearny Mesa Acura for my first service. I can confidently say after numerous services it is well worth the trip. Michael Fentress is my service advisor and during my first visit, he asked me if I had any concerns. I told Mike about my trips to Hoen in Carlsbad and the intermittent squeaking breaks. I honestly didn't expect anything and assumed that my concerns would be written off, but I was pleasantly surprised when Mike notified me that they would be replacing my breaks! Mike has been consistent with every visit: knowledgeable, caring, and ethical. He is a true professional in his field. Thank you for being a trusted advisor!
