DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! !!! I had the worst customer service, I took my truck for an oil change and tire rotation. Truck was done and I noticed my tires were not rotated I kn !!! Truck was done and I noticed my tires were not rotated I knew because I had a big scratch on my rear tire, when I got it back that same wheel was still in the same spot. I confronted them and they said they did rotated the tires which was a lie, they took it back and did the rotation. The service guy told me that they didn’t do the rotation because it was not needed but they were still going to charge me the rotation. 10 days later I started smelling coolant and surprised the coolant cap was off the reservoir I guess the tech was trying to retaliate because he got caught. I’m starting to think they don’t even do the oil changes as well since we can’t see it. I would give it a -10 stars. More
Had my 2024 Chevrolet 2500 HD in for a tail gate recall and a trailer braking recall, also did an oil change that they had comped me from the last time I was there. This time I picked up my truck right bef and a trailer braking recall, also did an oil change that they had comped me from the last time I was there. This time I picked up my truck right before closing and my bad for not walking around entire truck as it was covered in greasy hand and fingerprints. The tailgate, front quarter panel, hood, doors and also on the inside of the cab they must of had to get to a electrical plug inside under the rear seat area as everything I had stored under seat was just thrown to other side and not put back. As I'm checking out with service advisor Joey he says I did not realize I was comping you such an expensive oil change and was crying on it the entire time while finishing paper work. I called down the next day to complain about all the greasy paw prints and he said he did not notice them and I said I can send you pictures, oh no I believe you then says bring truck back I will wipe them off for you then proceeds to say I don't know what you want I already comped you a oil change. Well, this was for the last time I was there you screwed up on truck. He then says I guess we could wash it next time you're in I'm not trusting they could do that right. I would have hoped for more professional dealer and that I would get a call from a manager that might care. Tom D More
Greg Kugler was our tech when my power steering went out and the whole thing needed to be replaced. He went above and beyond the call to keep me informed of costs and coupons, any understood that it was go and the whole thing needed to be replaced. Hello, I had an issue with the key Fob, they made a new one and programmed all keys and fobs. Also, the receipt says it was done an inspection and checked all fluids. Well, the windshield washer fluid tan one and programmed all keys and fobs. Also, the receipt says it was done an inspection and checked all fluids. Well, the windshield washer fluid tank was empty. I asked by email why wasn't done... Mr. Michaelson said typically don't fill fluids except during either an oil change or when they service that part. They worked on the mechanics of the wiper motor, not the tank. I complained about it and he offered to have it filled for me. I purchased a new Bowtie. front grille in the same dealer but they wanted to charge $215 just to put it on, which is something that can be done in 15 min I thought they were overcharging me for just that and I declined. Mr. Michaelson came to me saying it would be $100 less, but still a lot for me. I don't think I would like to go there again, something small they couldn't done what can I expect. Waiting time was 4 hrs at the dealership. Besides all of that is a clean place, with a nice staff but the service can pay more attention to details. Thanks More
Service dept is horrible, scheduled service and 2 times now they do not have the part required after calling me to tell me part was in and sending me reminders not to miss my service date. Service manager promised to fix me up and now will not return my calls and never answers his phone. Cost me 2 days of time and money. They emailed me to tell me I missed my appointment and to reschedule because my part is in. One dept blames the other for the missing part and somehow it was shipped back to GM. Its been 2 weeks and no word when I will get the part to complete service. More

So close but yet so far! I bought my 2021 Chevy Colorado from this dealership. I live in San Marcos, so Quality Chevrolet in Escondido is 20 miles closer. But your service department called to remind me of my 22500mi service, and you had plenty of availability, so I thought I'd give you a shot. I requested an oil change, tire rotation and balance. I turned down the air filter service because I do that myself for 25% of the cost. Two hours later, the service was complete. I thought everything was going great and you had earned my next service. Unfortunately, while ringing me up, the attendant realized the air filter had been changed. I gave a little smirk and said thank you. That's when the wheels fell off........the attendant asked if I would mind covering the parts cost. I declined noting that autozone has the part for half the cost. I don't mind him asking. But after I said no, he said that they would take the car back and re-install the old air filter! I told him to stop and get his manager. He remarked, "well, I can't just give it to you." I asked him if his decision made any sense. I told him that the car is done now and that any extra time is an additional cost to me. He said it would only take 5 minutes. I told him that he was going to burn more mechanic time removing it. He said that's okay. I asked him if he was serious about taking my old filter that was probably in the trash and putting it back into my car. I asked him what he would do if it was fluids or other disposables. Would he really opt to recover the fluids? I asked what he was planning to do with the now used air filter once taking it out of my car. Put it back on the shelf and sell it as if it was new? I was shocked and told him again to get his manager. He came to his senses and just rang it up without the air filter service. So how many reclaimed parts does your service shop use? What kind of liability was this guy accepting by attempting to grab a car part from the trash and put it in my vehicle? Did this guy have a brain fart....or is this a culture issue? More
