Ignored Subaru roadside assistance calls Had to call Subaru roadside service twice after Outback would not start and left me stranded. Yet service department found no problem, even though I n Had to call Subaru roadside service twice after Outback would not start and left me stranded. Yet service department found no problem, even though I needed a jump to get the car running to even get it to the dealership. They never checked battery electrolyte, which I did and found specific gravity way off in multiple cells. It seems they do not want to replace a battery under 2 year maintenance agreement. Is that the only problem - or even the root problem? Who knows? Certainly not this service department Next time I'll let it be towed - but not to this service center. Meantime, still waiting for a promised shuttle More
