Excellent! After shopping around, a family member referred us to Kearny Mesa Subaru. This is the third car I've purchased and my first Subaru purchase. Everyone at this dealership was kind. Not once did I feel pressured or as if I was being taken advantage of. A lot of car salesmen are overeager to make a sale and it can make the whole experience uncomfortable. We worked with Dan Mitchell and I cannot say enough amazing things about him. Dan truly cared about what we were looking for in our vehicle and really honed in on what was important to us. We had a lot of questions and he took the time to answer all of our questions and educate us until we felt comfortable and confident in our purchase. Dan did not rush us and it felt like he truly cared. We had gone to other Subaru dealerships and their prices were much higher and they were not willing to negotiate. We were able to negotiate the price with ease and we were content with the final cost. We also worked with James Mullen in the finance department. The finance part of the car buying process is the part that I always dread; at Kearny Mesa Subaru, it was painless. He had everything ready to go so that when we came into his office, we signed the documents and were free to go. James had no problem answering the few questions that we had. I can tell that customer satisfaction is a high priority at this dealership. I am so happy to be a part of the Subaru family and cannot imagine going anywhere else for my vehicle needs in the years to come! More
