Untrustworthy service department and management. After several visits regarding frequently dying battery and being dismissed, finally I presented a copy of a Class Action Lawsuit about the battery i After several visits regarding frequently dying battery and being dismissed, finally I presented a copy of a Class Action Lawsuit about the battery issue they found the problem, but they refused to accommodate for any expense or faulty disc functional parts. For the battery and they disconnected the faulty DCM without replacing it with a new one. After posting reviews on Yelp and Google Christina S. left me a voice message to no longer take my 2019 Outback to their dealership for service. This dealership has serious customer service issues. Jimmy the finance person who helps with the payment for the car is a demeaning person who is rude to women. He tries to upsell many items already covered by Subaru. I would avoid him and ask for someone the car is a demeaning person who is rude to women. He tries to upsell many items already covered by Subaru. I came to Kearny Subaru after having a horrible experience at another dealership. Earlier this month was my 1st service experience...far more positive than at the last one. I had a late afternoon appointment on a Saturday so I truly expected to be waiting a few hours. Service had me in and out of there in just over 1 hour. 4 min to be exact.
