The salesman, Diego Castro, should be the salesman of the year. After receiving my vehicle, the follow up training with Cameron Cook was excellent. I would highly recommend Diego and Cameron. First service was offered free, I made a appointment, arriving at the appointment time I was greeted within 5 minutes and the service writer given a schedule of services to be performed, she’s said it wo arriving at the appointment time I was greeted within 5 minutes and the service writer given a schedule of services to be performed, she’s said it would take about 2-1/2 hours, I told the service writer I would wait, the waiting is small seating was comfortable and had large screen TV. I read my book. The only that was missing were courtesy snacks although beverages were free. The car was delivered on time, and was washed. More

Picked up my new 2021 Touring 3 weeks go. On the whole, car was checked out well. But two items have problems: 1. Navigation audio is totally non-operative. Visual instructions are shown on screens - B car was checked out well. But two items have problems: 1. Navigation audio is totally non-operative. Visual instructions are shown on screens - BUT NO VOICE COMMANDS. 2. Active cruise control is unstable - the actual car speed fluctuates -3 to +2 mph about the set (desired) speed. My 2016 Outback was dead-on - actual speed was always maintained, even on up and down hills. You new car checkout might easily have missed the cruise control problem. But the total lack of audio in navigation should have been easily caught. Am now in Oregon for 3 months - very inconvenient. Big disappointment. More

I was offered a very good price for a forester well below other dealerships. Financing and purchasing was very easy. He was never pushy and was always prompt to return my emails while never badgering me. The sale was easy with no surprises. Terrible dealership, staff, and customer service. I had an appointment with this dealership on a Saturday at a specific time, to view there 2021 Subaru Ascent that I was really interested in buying. I called Saturday ahead of time to notify them i will be an hour late. We get there an hour later just to find out the car has been sold. No courtesy call, and the person who was supposed to meet us "Kyle" wasn't even there. I contacted the internet sales director " Suzette Henderson", and she expressed how mad she was, and said she will take care of it. Days later I don't hear from her... I contacted Subaru of El Cajon the next day and they were able to get my specific car same day! No problem. KEARNY MESA SUBARU dealership is full of empty promises, don't waste your time! More
