I am deeply disappointed with my experience at Toyota Kearny Mesa. I purchased a brand new vehicle from this dealership, only to discover it had mechanical issues and staining upon delivery — defects tha Kearny Mesa. I purchased a brand new vehicle from this dealership, only to discover it had mechanical issues and staining upon delivery — defects that are entirely unacceptable for a new car. I contacted the dealership requesting a vehicle replacement, as these are not issues that should be repaired on a brand new car — they warrant a full replacement. Unfortunately, my concerns were met with complete indifference. Manager Dona Lozano handled the situation in an unprofessional and dismissive manner, refusing to take any accountability or offer a reasonable resolution. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially for a dealership representing a reputable brand like Toyota. I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing a vehicle here to think twice and explore other options before making such a significant financial investment. More

BT Security was added to my vehicle purchase without transparent disclosure or informed consent. I was actively guided to install and activate the system during delivery, without being clearly told that transparent disclosure or informed consent. I was actively guided to install and activate the system during delivery, without being clearly told that it was an optional paid add-on. Only after activation did I realize what it actually was. When I requested cancellation, I was told that because it had already been activated, it was non-cancelable, which placed me in a no-win situation. This practice raises serious concerns about sales transparency and consumer rights. A customer should never be put in a position where a paid service is activated before full understanding and explicit approval. I strongly urge future buyers to carefully review every add-on and refuse activation of any service you do not fully understand before signing or taking delivery. More
