The customer service was exceptional! My car was picked up at my house, service completed and a couple hours later it was returned to me. I’ve always had to drive myself and wait for it or if the service will take more than a couple hours, I’ve paid for an Uber to take me home and back. Even better, the price I was quoted for the service did not change. Usually places try to tell me I need all sorts of other services and it costs three times as much as I expected. I have been a 25+ yr customer of Keeler Honda. Purchased 3 pre owned Hondas all of which have been excellent with exception of last crv bought 12/1/25. Within 30 - 60 days and just about 600 miles Purchased 3 pre owned Hondas all of which have been excellent with exception of last crv bought 12/1/25. Within 30 - 60 days and just about 600 miles later had multiple issues. However, the great news is Drew in service handled all amazingly well! Drew has been exceptional for many of my years of Keeler experience. To be honest, Drews exceptional service plays major part in my decision to continually return to Keeler. Would also like to say with my most recent auto service event was with Jenny and she was phenomenal in her expertise, approachability and very pleasant. In the past I have also dealt with Brad and Nick and very pleased with their customer service. Thank you Loree More
Service dept was unable to reproduce an intermittent and momentary power sag in a 2020 Accord Hybrid. I happened to notice it again within a mile of leaving their lot. However, they did a thorough analysis, and provided a video report of what was done and suggested possible other services that might address the issue. I felt satisfied that they did everything they could. Intermittent issues can be difficult. Could also be normal economy mode functioning. The car is my wife’s and I don’t drive it enough to recognize any difference in performance. All staff I spoke with were courteous and helpful. A+ for Jenny Estrada’s prompt attention and effort to keep me informed of progress! More
