Not only are they kind and everyone who works there is so nice and helpful, they are also very quick and very responsive. I love how they text me updates with videos explaining what they’re looking at and what needs to be fixed, and you can pretty much do everything from texts and links sent to the phone. But if you call them to ask something, they’re also so great on the phone. They also have this amazing service here where they always give me a ride home if I need it, and if needed, they will drop off my car at my house so I don’t need to go pick it up in person. Specifically, I have worked with Brad Fountain quite a few times, and he and his entire team have been great and ensure that I have a wonderful experience every time and they even make sure to follow up a few days later to make sure I’m happy with all repairs and give an opportunity to address any issues or questions I may have. I would buy another Honda in the future from Keeler, just based off my positive experiences at the service department. More

My last service at Keeler Honda went very smoothly, as it usually does. They have added a couple of cool features to their inspections. First, they text you an alignment report almost immediately and then yo usually does. They have added a couple of cool features to their inspections. First, they text you an alignment report almost immediately and then you also get a video of the inspection as it's done. So you can see it before you even get your car back. Very nice!
