Friday night, 4:30 PM, on our way home to Virginia, lost serpantine belt to my jeep. Towed to Keene Jeep to see if they could repair on Saturday. Head and shoulders above what I have seen in other dealership. Professional in all aspects and happy to take care of thier customers. This place is the place to go in this area. I wish we had a dealership like this in Hampton Roads Virginia. I can not thank Jeremy and his service crew enough for what they provided on that Friday night. I have purchased 3 PT Cruisers fronm Keene Chrysler and have completely satisfied. The salesman, Steve Robinson, could not have been more friendly or professional. When I bring the car in for servicing, the greeting is cordial and all the employees in the service department are most helpful. They explain any issues or problems I might have and they also inform me of any special promotions which are available. Since my current PT Cruiser is a 2010, and the last year it will be made, I hope that the Chryser corporation will make something comparable should I need a new vehicle in the coming years. I would highly recommend this service dept. AND service is a BIG part of purchasing your vehicle! I did not get exceptional service because I purchased my vehicle there because I did not. I just happened to be out of town when I made a purchase, but they have treated me with personalized service along the way. My husband JUST returned from a year long tour in Afghanistan --- I can say along the way I utilized the services offered here several times. Every time whether it was for tires, A/C issue, oil change, etc. --- they ONLY did what was necessary and offered info for something that would need upcoming attention to give me time to plan,they went out of their way to sign me up after all paperwork was completed for free oil changes and a discount and reran everything to save me 9.00 on one service towards the next. REALLY who does that!! I could've walked out not knowing about either. The MOST IMPORTANT service they offered was the day I was ready to leave Keene to pick my husband up in Burlington on DEC 14th 2010-- I locked my keys in my vehicle while it was running-NO clue where my spare was and was SO in the Homecoming mode I could not think straight anyway! I frantically called them and they gave me their protocol for cutting a key to unlock the door. It included the VIN, bringing down the info, waiting for them to cut the key. To make a long story short, right in the middle of being busy, they had this upset wife on the phone worried she would be late picking up her husband she had not seen in a year--they dropped what they were doing and coordinated someone to take vehicle info and VIN, someone started cutting the key, address was input and map was printed as they set up the delivery with one of their drivers, I was called back and reassured a driver was on his way!!! I looked out my window and the courtesy driver was there -- ALL HONESTLY within 1/2 hr! I have no idea how they did that in that time frame!!! So in addition to the superior service and personalized attention, information they provide and honest and dependable quotes while my husband was gone---- I want to -- let me change that to WE want to thank Mark and staff for being there for the past 15 mths and Truly going out of your way with quality work and a service dept that cares!! I really appreciate the friendliness of all the staff.Whenever I have a problem they are right there to fix it and pretty quick.I never have to wait long and always get in at a time I wanted. I've been to this dealer twice for routine service on my Sebring GTC (purchased elsewhere). One of the reasons I selected them is because it is only two blocks from my work and I can drop it off early. B Sebring GTC (purchased elsewhere). Both my experiences have been mostly positive... their service writer is very friendly and seems competent. The only "negative" is that when I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, I mentioned hearing an annoying noise coming from front left part of the car. When I picked it up (they called me and had the work finished by noon - that's a good thing!), I asked about the charge of $56 on the itemized bill. I was told that repesented the labor involved in fixing the noise - turned out to be a loose clip on one of the brake pads - no parts involved. What gripe me is they felt they HAD to charge for this... even though they had the wheels off already. To me, it would have been a good opportunity to make me feel great about the experience. Just do it for free... didn't cost them anything! I suppose I'll continue to take it there until something gets screwed up and they'll deny any responsibility... from my experience - a foregone conclusion. More
