It worked out that I dealt with two different sales associates, Tammy Murillo and Dennis Summers. Both of them were extremely helpful. Jerlander and Greg, two of the sales managers, bent over backwards to structure a deal that I can afford. Jason, the lot manager, offered great customer service in getting my tint job scheduled at a convenient time for me. Michael Johnson, the finance director, is professional in every sense of the word - I've dealt with him before and have always found him to be a man of utmost integrity. Although I didn't visit the service department this time, I've brought my recent trade-in there for servicing on several occasions, and always received prompt, courteous attention from Alan and Aaron. And, oh, I almost forgot - I had the opportunity to meet Raven, an Internet sales associate, and she is a sweetie! Finally, the ladies who greet you when you call or enter the dealership (Yvonne and Rebecca) are always very pleasant. I trust it's clear why I gave Keffer Kia an overall rating of 5 stars. More

He evaluated the info and ensured us that this dealer ship could work with what were asking. he quickly got the care we wished to look at ready for a test drive while we gather some info such as pay stubs and my car title. then he passed the info up the chain and there was some down time while the finance guys worked some deals to hopefully convince us into buying today. over all I feel the experience was great. the only thing I feel could have made the purchase better would be less paper work and signature signing. Your team did a great job! Bravo Zulu! And I love the car! More

You didn't get a 5 because your salesman was by his own admission tired and was very short with me on several occasions...also tried to sell me everything on the lot accept what I wanted which was the sportage. The only other problem is The front end of sportage was sold to me out of alignment...a New vehicle shouldn't have that problem. Overall I love the vehicle and the dealership!!!!! Will send you more buyers. More
