Great prices, no pressure, honest sales We went to Keffer Kia last weekend (03/10/2018) with a near impossible find, but our salesperson, Josh, and the manager, Greg, were incredibly helpful We went to Keffer Kia last weekend (03/10/2018) with a near impossible find, but our salesperson, Josh, and the manager, Greg, were incredibly helpful regardless. They worked with us for hours trying to find the right fit for us. While we left empty handed that day, we will be returning to find us something soon. They were wonderful and kind and willing to work with us without being pushy and rude, and that's hard to find in a car dealership in today's day and age. Plus the prices were right according to the values! Definitely worth the return trip. More

Wish I could say better I visited Keffer Kia twice. The first time I wanted to test drive a Genesis and an Azera they had on their lot. The salespeople there are somewhat s I visited Keffer Kia twice. The first time I wanted to test drive a Genesis and an Azera they had on their lot. The salespeople there are somewhat strange. I couldn't put my finger on it at first until after the second visit, then I realized it, they are strangely quiet and acted timid. I'm a petite woman so it wasn't me, but it seemed almost as if they were afraid of something or someone, perhaps the management they worked for? Not sure. But aside from that, on both occasions, it seemed to be like pulling teeth to find out if they had the car available for us to test drive that we saw on the internet, and then to get the keys. Their prices were higher than other Kia dealerships on particular cars we were looking at, it seemed their base model Optima's were the price I would expect to pay for a leathered up version. The sales manager boasted on both visits how "we can add leather and anything you want"! Well, yeah, but at a cost! Then he kept trying to get me to get a second loan and buy my VW which is in the dieselgate scandal boasting that he had lots of people 'doing it'. Okay, so if other people want to settle to get less for their VW than what VW is going to pay them for it if they just wait till their turn in date, I guess so should I. Not. I've been to tons of dealerships this past 6 months while shopping for my replacement car once I sell my Jetta back to VW, and this by far was the weirdest. More
