Megan H. treated me with the greatest level of respect. The dealership truly made the car buying experience wonderful. This was my second purchase from Keffer Kia and I am sure it will not be my last! The dealership truly made the car buying experience wonderful. I received many calls, text, and emails from John up until I purchased. After I purchased my 2010 Maxima I've had nothing but issues. The service engine light came on same day I purchased. Since I drove until I purchased. After I purchased my 2010 Maxima I've had nothing but issues. The service engine light came on same day I purchased. Since I drove 2 hrs to Keffer and it was not convient to take it back there I took it to my local Nissan for diagnostic. I find out the car has excessive rust from bring northern vehicle, needs alignment, brake fluid, and cam shaft. These are all things that should have been taken care of Keffer. Had I know about the excessive rust I would not have purchased. John told me the vehicle would be getting gas and detailed while I was in finance finalizing paperwork. He failed to get me any gas and the car was not detailed at all. That was the beginning of the poor customer service I received. When I texted john the next day about the car problems he tells me well you know you have a 3 month warranty with Keffer. When I called the dealership to see what it covered it was told only the engine/transmission. How convient? I complained to the general manager Dwayne Smith and he acted so nonchalant. He was not empathetic at all and did not offer to reimburse for gas or pay for any of the maintenance that needed to be performed. I've only had the car 3 weeks and it's been back and forth to the shop since. There's numerous parts that are being replaced through nissan warranty that I'm sure Keffer was well aware of when they sold me the car. My dream car has turned into a nightmare. I haven't been able to enjoy my new car or even made the first payment but I'm having all these issues. Buyer beware and don't waste your time or money More
Everyone was extremely professional. It all started with the receptionist (Von) I believe. We have multiple credit issues but were in need of a new vehicle. AM started the process, Ryan was the most helpful sales person! He took extra time with us in deciding the best vehicle for us. Ryan cares about his customers and their individual needs. We basically started this all over the phone and email. Explaining some of our desires for purchasing a Kia Soul. After a few discussions, Ryan suggested a Forte. My husband and I fell in love with it. Greg was knowledgeable, professional and kind. We felt like he cared. We were treated with respect and honor through the entire process!! More
BEWARE of up-sales on unnecessary service contracts and taking advantage of the elderly. This dealership sold my 84 year old father a new car at a high price, gave a low trade-in and then sold him not one taking advantage of the elderly. This dealership sold my 84 year old father a new car at a high price, gave a low trade-in and then sold him not one, or two, but three unnecessary service contracts in excess of $3,500. My father has dementia and when I asked about the new car he said "It sure cost me a whole lot more than they said it would, I don't know what all they added in there at the end." The car had 8,700 miles on it when purchased, now just 10,000. Any attempt we (the family) have made to "sell" the car back to the dealership has been met with ridiculous offers. I'm guessing on the front end including the service contracts, my father overpaid by $6,000 - $7,000. We have cancelled the contracts and will receive a pro-reated refund, but the dealership still made a pretty penny. So they make a few grand on the initial sale and want to make another few grand off my father on the back end. Do they have no conscious? I was met in person with kindness and courtesy as I worked my way up the chain of employees named "Chris" that work there. As I waited and waited, they came to me with a final offer no different from an earlier offer, except they were taking credit for the pro-rated refunds on the 3 service contracts. My price was $700 higher, still a substantial loss for my father, and they refused any compromise. Avoid them. More
