My wife and I were recently shopping for a Corolla Hybrid and understood that we would have less negotiation room due to the computer chip shortage, but when we visited Keith Pierson Toyota we encountered th and understood that we would have less negotiation room due to the computer chip shortage, but when we visited Keith Pierson Toyota we encountered the absolute worst possible scenario. Although our sales rep seemed nice enough, he was unable to verify an exact price for a brand new vehicle, despite the MSRP for the 2022 Toytota Corolla Hybrid (no options) being listed as $23,650 on Toyota's website. He insisted that we physically "stop by" in order to discuss options, even though we had already visited once and were 100% clear on what we wanted and also 100% clear that we were willing to pay cash for the vehicle (there was absolutely no ambiguity). So we wasted a 20-mile round trip (again) on a Saturday evening only to be promised a callback the following week. When our sales rep did call back he noted that the best that Keith Pierson could do was $35,000 out the door - again, for a vehicle with a $23,650 MSRP. We were shocked. Instead of helping the customer and making a modest profit on the vehicle sale, Keith Pierson chose instead to PRICE GOUGE. Never again. My wife and I will be going to another dealership and NEVER do business with Keith Pierson. You have been warned. More

We were supposed to just look for a car for me to drive to work and ended up purchasing a 2022 Toyota Camry, while we were doing the paper works, we happen to spot a Tacoma and since we wanted a truck as w to work and ended up purchasing a 2022 Toyota Camry, while we were doing the paper works, we happen to spot a Tacoma and since we wanted a truck as well, we asked if we could see the truck. Our sales person, Austin told us that someone was looking at it and he will find out what is going on with the sale. Ethan was extremely knowledgeable about the product he was selling and explained everything in detail. Deal was done with Ethan and Asif in 20 minutes and then I was send to finance manager Johny , who very patiently answered my each and every question and we did everything in 45 minutes. Ethan convinced me by saying that you coming from Miami to Jacksonville will not be disappointed and they kept the promise and made my day.
