My husband and I went to get an oil change on our 2008 Toyota Tundra and decided to kill time and go look at the new Tundras. We immediately fell in love with the 2020 Toyota Tundra TRD PRO 4X4 in army green. Kyle French was our salesman and he was absolutely amazing. My mother needed to have an air bag changed in her corolla 2004. I was waiting for the service to be done when Emanuel came to me and showed me the new Corolla LE 2020, and then the Corolla Hybrid 202 corolla 2004. I was waiting for the service to be done when Emanuel came to me and showed me the new Corolla LE 2020, and then the Corolla Hybrid 2020. He showed me and explained the amazing features that the car has and most important for me how safe it is. I bought the Corolla Hybrid 2020 and I love it! My ex-wife and I bought a new Corolla from them in April. On Monday she noticed the low tire pressure warning and stopped by the dealership to ask them to check it. She was told it would be an hour and a hal On Monday she noticed the low tire pressure warning and stopped by the dealership to ask them to check it. She was told it would be an hour and a half wait. Totally unsatisfactory for a dealership who “claims” to treat its customers like family. She drove to the nearest Tire Kingdom and they checked the pressure in all her tires right away. Was promised a navigation system for a 2017 Tacoma I purchased on October 28 , 2019 and still not received. Salesman Lavelle Webster stated system was ordered but after talking to parts I was told only purchased on October 28 , 2019 and still not received. Salesman Lavelle Webster stated system was ordered but after talking to parts I was told only way to install navigation system is to change complete radio for after market radio and I would have to come into service and get a quote for replacement. Salesman lied and now no one will return my calls More
