Friendly, professional, knowledgeable staff who treat you with respect. Went to test drive a car and ended up driving away in it within 2 hours! cannot recommend them highly enough, gave a good price on my with respect. I was very pleased with the way JJ went out of way his way to get the Explorer to the dealership so I could drive and check it out and buy it.
