Keller Brothers is the best dealership I have ever worked with for a vehicle. From the sale to the service, they are #1. I recently needed to go out of state and needed a warranty repair. good service experience The battery went dead in my escape. I have changed many in the past in my vehicles, but this one required some disassembling in the engine compartment The battery went dead in my escape. I have changed many in the past in my vehicles, but this one required some disassembling in the engine compartment to get to the battery. Since I wasn't sure what to take out, I jumped the battery, and took the car to Keller Bros. They took it in the shop almost right away, and I didn't have to wait long for it. Every one was nice, I paid the bill and was on my way. Thanks More

awesome customer service My truck had to be towed to the dealership since the dealer that the truck was located at (toyota) one of my customers. They were not comfortable wor My truck had to be towed to the dealership since the dealer that the truck was located at (toyota) one of my customers. They were not comfortable working on the Transit. The sales team (who were the only ones there by the time the truck was towed) went above and beyond in helping me make sure the truck was put into the shop and the shop responded with great speed and expertise. Special shout out to Amanda Stasny for helping just before closing with a service issue that is not even her responsibility. People like her are a credit to the entire organization.
