I don't understand how your estimate for an air conditioner fix was $2900 with parts and labor and yet I took my car to a reputable competitor and they fixed for $900 with parts and labor. That's a conditioner fix was $2900 with parts and labor and yet I took my car to a reputable competitor and they fixed for $900 with parts and labor. That's a $2000 difference. They also did not bill me for the diagnosis. You billed me $186+. Just an fyi...I did not tell them someone else had looked at it. Trying to give your service department the benefit of the doubt and wanting an unbiased quote. More
