When I came in on December 31 the person working back in the service department said he didn't know how I got appointment. I said I called said what was going with car they said coming be there at 10:00 I a the service department said he didn't know how I got appointment. I said I called said what was going with car they said coming be there at 10:00 I ask if let me know if they would be able to fix yet that day. He was very rude and told me to have seat in lobby. I told him I could not go without a car. He had Couresty car take me home. I asked the other in service depot if he would call me and let know what was going on. I asked the driver that took me home what time did the garage close that day since it was New Year Eve he said he thought 3:00. So I wanted until 2:30 and called about my car. They had to put me on hold till they found him. When he got on the phone he said the car was running but they need to order some parts and he would get order let me know Monday when we could get back in. He since the Couresty Car to pick me up. Monday came and went the whole week went by with out any call. We were into the later part of second week before I hear from him. It went in on Monday of this week. More
