We had a great experience at Kelley Auto Mall of Decatur. Luke Crandall, our Sales Representative was awesome! After a 12-month search, about 9:00 pm on a Saturday night we found the perfect Chevy truck on A Luke Crandall, our Sales Representative was awesome! After a 12-month search, about 9:00 pm on a Saturday night we found the perfect Chevy truck on Auto Trader located at Kelley in Decatur. We e-mailed to ask if it was still available and to our surprise got a response about 9:05 PM! Pretty good service for 10:05 PM their time on a Saturday night! Luke called first thing Monday morning and answered all our questions. We drove 240 miles to Decatur to look at the truck. It was perfect and they gave us a fantastic deal (I mean I am still floored by it), including our trade-in allowance. It was a 500-mile round trip in 2 deg weather and we would do it again in a heartbeat to work with Luke and Kelley Auto again. They were great to us. More
