Worked us in to fix our problem. I reached out to Russell Hernandez about trading in my wife’s 2015 GMC Terrain in order to purchase a new 2020 GMC Terrain. When we arrived at the dealer, Russell introduced us to Jon Andrews to assist u wife’s 2015 GMC Terrain in order to purchase a new 2020 GMC Terrain. When we arrived at the dealer, Russell introduced us to Jon Andrews to assist us. Jon showed us 3 different Terrains with providing prices and payments for each. We ended up choosing one and picked the vehicle up the following night and signed the paper work with Adam. Jon was an amazing sales associate, made us feel right at home and did not pressure us in anyway. Adam was great also, got us in and out quickly, very personable and made us feel very comfortable.
