Great Experience!! Malibu was great and very patient with me. This was my first stop in search for a car, I test drove several cars and fell in love with The Oncore. I wanted the Oncore with a sunroof which was not available at this dealership and Malibu found one. He stayed in touch with me and kept me updated while I waited for the arrival of my new car. He picked me up from my home to finalized the sale ( I was able to drive my new car to the dealership (test drive :) which was great. He went out of his way to show me how to use the navigation system, radio, on star, pair my phone to the car etc.... This was my second experience purchasing a car through a dealership and it was outstanding! I would recommend Malibu to any of my family and friends in search for a new car. Malibu followed up a couple days later to ensure everything was ok with the car. Angel Vargas- Angel was very thorough with all the paperwork I needed to sign to finalize the sale. He explained in detail what I was signing and took his time answering all my questions. This part of the process for me very intimidating and a little scary, However working with Angel was a breath of fresh air, he was professional, kind and very pleasant to work with. More

Streamlined, yet thorough I arrived to pick up my ordered vehicle and after a solo test drive, which met my approval, I began the paperwork. Much of the paperwork had been prepared in advance, so there was no waiting. It was review and sign, review and sign. I had given them a preapproval for a loan and after confirming that it could be completed, the finance manager dug a little deeper and found me a loan at an even better interest rate. More review and signing. After all the finance was done, I was given a quick tour of the facility, including service, then was given a tutorial on the features of my car and together we went through some of the setup and configuration options. Then they helped me setup OnStar and made sure I was set up with the GM rewards program. In total, it was under 2 hours, with no stress or hassles. I had a car already chosen and had pre-arranged my own financing, so maybe my experience was easier than most, but they worked with everything I provided and made the end result great. More
