good deal bad follow up Service on the first 2017 Buick Lacrosse was terrible. I left the dealership with a check engine light on and tried to call the salesman, John Andrews Service on the first 2017 Buick Lacrosse was terrible. I left the dealership with a check engine light on and tried to call the salesman, John Andrews several times to not get a call back. Called the service department and got a bad response and then was told by the manager to take the car somewhere else because they had so many bad reviews they couldn't afford another one and he knew I wasn't going to give them a good one. The second 2017 Buick Encore I got there for my sister n law, she hasn't had any disappointments as far as i know. More
