I’m as skeptical as they come and because of this, I feel as though I was one of those textbook “difficult”customers. In spite of my poor attitude, everyone treated me with kindness and respect and went way above to walk me through every aspect of the deal. For the first time in my 53 years on this earth, I can confidently say I understand where every dollar I spent and why it went there...And I don’t feel cheated or taken advantage of. These folks are good souls and could really change your mind about car salespeople and dealerships in general if you’ve had a bad experience or two in the past. I drove all the way from Fort Lauderdale, and it was worth every mile. I recommend Kelley Buick GMC without any hesitation or reservation.
