Ughhhh I was there from 10am witch was my appointment and left at 4:07 after me going to check what was taking so long because everyone else’s was in and out I was there from 10am witch was my appointment and left at 4:07 after me going to check what was taking so long because everyone else’s was in and out. I was really nervous about jumping into a newer vehicle. I found a really nice used vehicle on Kelley Buick's website and used their shop-click-drive feature which gave me a great ideal of what I'd be looking at if were to a purchase. A few minutes later I got a call from Sarah at Kelley Buick who answered a few questions for me, then she let me speak to to Blaine, the manager, who provided me with more specifics. I got to the dealership a couple of hours later and was introduced to Jon Andrews. Jon showed me the vehicle I inquired about as well as several others to consider as well. In all I had about 4 options to choose from, all that meet my needs and budget. The selection of vehicles at Kelley is great. Jon took down some info from me and within minutes Blaine and Tom, the finance manager, showed me what they could offer. I could have gone new or used, lease or buy, all within what my budget allowed for. I choose to purchase a 2016 Chevy Equinox. This vehicle was newer and nicer that what I came in to look at when everything worked out was the best option. The finance terms were very good and didn't take hours. Jon filled up my new ride with gas while I signed paperwork, and even helped me get to know how to use all the cool features that this vehicle has. Great job guys! More
