He listened to our requests and facilitated the purchase of the 2016 Encore which I elected to buy rather than lease a new Encore for another 3 years. He arranged to have a strap attached to the hatchback on my car in a few days as I am short and at times have trouble reaching up to close that door. Parts had to be ordered, and I expect to have that work done within this week. Adam was also very accommodating in the final preparation and signing the documents of sale. I have also always been impressed with the service department,which is another reason I continue to do business with the Bartow Kelley Buick people. More

The words to describe Jon would be Integrity, Honest, Compassionate, Caring, and has a well rounded attitude with an excellent smile. We consider Jon a part of our family and have told him if he leaves Kelley then we will leave as well. I would not buy from anyone else. Adam was new to us but did an excellent job as well.
