Fantastic buying experience. I was shopping for a Buick Encore on October 30th 2018 at Dixie Buick GMC in Fort Myers Florida. I left their showroom very disappointed in their cu I was shopping for a Buick Encore on October 30th 2018 at Dixie Buick GMC in Fort Myers Florida. I left their showroom very disappointed in their customer service and their lack of help in trying to find the vehicle that I wanted. From the parking lot I got on my smartphone and found Kelley Buick GMC website. I talked to Holly, she was so helpful she found the vehicle that I wanted and sent me an e-mail of all available 2019 Buick Encores they had. She did this all after 5 p.m. Holly sent me a price estimate and set me up with an appointment the next day with sales consultant Nathan Tworek. Nathan is a wonderful sales consultant. He is extremely knowledgeable about the product that he is selling. He has the knowledge and the patience to explain everything very clearly. He took the time to be sure that I understood everything about the Encore including signing me up for my Buick, OnStar, and Sirius. He showed me the infotainment system and how to place phone calls through it. He set up everything in my smartphone for me with the apps. All this was time-consuming however Nathan never showed any impatience, only the best customer service possible. It was very evident to me that he has his customers very best interest at heart. Kelley is blessed to have Nathan, he represents your company very well. Adam Hernandez also was very helpful and proficient to assist with the financing. Kelley Buick GMC has a great website, I was able to look at a video of The Encore I was interested in. I am very pleased to say that I had the best experience possible and I will be sure to recommend Kelley Buick GMC to everyone I know. It is well worth the drive to Bartow from Fort Myers Florida. What a pleasure it was to work with an awesome sales team! Kelley Buick GMC is run like a well-oiled machine, I was able to purchase and take home my Encore that day! More

Lick and stick inspection Purchased a vehicle in August 2017. Supposedly inspected. Notice the emergency brake did not work and the vehicle slid all over the road in the rain. Notice the emergency brake did not work and the vehicle slid all over the road in the rain. 2018 inspection and approximately 1500 miles put on since purchase this vehicle needs for tires and the emergency brake was not the problem the rear caliper is shot. Pretty pathetic selling a newly inspected vehicle so unsafe for the road! Will be sure to share our experience with these crooks! More

Brandon lied and did not keep his word! They quoted one price and were not forthcoming upfront with what they actually charged. And they did not make it right. The dealership we dealt with was in Kelley Buick in Bartow and we bought a new truck. More
