Oil change and tire rotation Standard Saturday morning vehicle service trip. I bought the vehicle from dealership back in July of last year, and had oil changes since then. I’m a Standard Saturday morning vehicle service trip. I bought the vehicle from dealership back in July of last year, and had oil changes since then. I’m a millennial (insert exaggerated sigh) but my 45 lb dog comes a lot of places with me because she loves to ride in the truck. I would never ask to bring my dog inside a building to wait or shop or whatever, so we walked around the dealership and looked a new trucks and enjoyed the day. It would have been nice to have an outdoor bench to sit on, but other than that customer service was amazing and they did everything in a fairly quick time frame! Will continue to have my vehicle serviced at Kelley’s! More

Life savers & game changers. Due to electrical difficulties inside the truck I was unable to drive. Thanks to everyone in the parts department along with Kelley Buick & GMC itself Due to electrical difficulties inside the truck I was unable to drive. Thanks to everyone in the parts department along with Kelley Buick & GMC itself as well as Mr. Derek Kelley , I would be unable to operate my vehicle. I was given a rental car for the whole week that the dealership was fixing my minor issue. Along with a weekly checkup as to what was being done next to the vehicle. I couldn’t have dealt with a better staff. My business will always be with Kelley. More
