Bought a 2019 gmc sierra from them ended up having to spend $1600 to fix the alignment and put new rotors and brakes on it, i understand that i bought a used vehicle but still at this price point i shoul spend $1600 to fix the alignment and put new rotors and brakes on it, i understand that i bought a used vehicle but still at this price point i shouldn’t have the problems that i did. I test drove the vehicle but some things are just not noticable until you drive the vehicle for a couple of days, after discovering the issues i contacted the sales rep whose name i will not disclose, they refused to do anything about it and stopped communicating completely. This was my third vehicle from the kelly group and probably the last one after this experience . More

Well my truck was ready and clean when I went to pick it up. Only problem was the traction control was shut off and rubber was stuck to the rear bumper and sides of the truck bed from having burnouts done i up. And now that I got all the paperwork in the mail I can go to the license branch and title it myself. More
