Car was dropped off at 7:30 am for a scheduled appt at 9am. I rcvd a call around 8:30am from the other dealership in town, Kelly Buick stating they had my car and did not have the part for it. I was so confused because my car was dropped off at Kelly Chevrolet and I did verify beforehand that they DID have the part. Needless to say my car was at Kelly Chevrolet (where it was dropped off) there was some confusion on the scheduling side of things. I Did not hear from the dealership all day regarding the status so we show up at 3:30 to pick the car up and it was not going to be done. How do you schedule an appointment and then they say it will be at least another day because the part just came in (this was a lie because I verified the part was there 2 days prior). The car was completed and delivered the following day. More
