Best Dealer Experience Ever! My wife and I were hesitant to enter any dealership because of past experiences. We decided to give it another try after our Jeep was on it's last leg My wife and I were hesitant to enter any dealership because of past experiences. We decided to give it another try after our Jeep was on it's last leg. Kelly Chevrolet was the complete opposite of what we had experienced in the past. We were quickly helped and introduced to Steve Croy. This cat was amazing. He was super helpful and was polite and not pushy. I felt like he was actually helping us and not just pushing us into a truck we didn't want. We gave him a tall order and he delivered! He was energetic and funny. They actually didn't have what we were looking for there but told us about a truck at another one of their stores across town. We followed him and took the truck for a drive. Again it wasn't quite what we were looking for. He asked us to hang out while he talked with the manager one last time to see if they had a crew cab in stock. They found one that they just had gotten in that wasn't even ready to be sold yet. We instantly fell in love. It was everything we needed and more. So we sat down and talked numbers. We worked out a deal that blew the competition out of the water. They even went as far as giving us a loaner car because the truck wasn't ready to take. Overall we will be back to buy my wife a truck. Steve "CroyBoy" is the real deal and we would recomend anyone to go and talk to him at Kelly Chevrolet in Fort Wayne!! More
