"Croy Boy is the MAN!" My husband and I had never dealt with Kelley Chevrolet, Fort Wayne before as we live in Indianapolis. On Sunday, we found a car we were interested in online. On Monday, we contacted Steve Croy to inquire about the vehicle. He not only verified that the car was on the lot, he made a video tour of the vehicle and it's condition/info and send it over via text. We explained to Steve that we wouldn't be able to make it to the dealership until late. He pulled the vehicle into the shop so that we would have a warm and well lit place to check it out. Steve was very friendly, accommodating, personable, and patient with us and our questions. His balance of outgoing personality and his professionalism made of us feel comfortable throughout the entire car buying process. Although we kept him past closing to complete the deal, he stayed with no complaints, made sure all our needs were met, and that we were completely satisfied. We have purchased many cars over the years from various dealers and this, by far, is the best buying experience we have EVER had -- not only from Steve, but from the entire Kelley team. Needed replacement I was in a huge pinch needing a new car because my old one was going to have $6000 in repairs. I called Steve Croy because I had his number from when I was in a huge pinch needing a new car because my old one was going to have $6000 in repairs. I called Steve Croy because I had his number from when I went to inquire back in April. We knew it couldn’t get done with a car loan since I was still owing $9k on it. That gave me the idea to get a personal loan which Steve was still incredibly helpful even before we knew if I’d get a loan and be able to get another car. I can tell he truly cares and he still had my number saved in his phone from 7 months ago. I really appreciated his help too because I had to get the loan done in about 45 minutes between the two jobs I work. He spent all day running around and getting info for me. I couldn’t have done it so efficiently without him and he got me a great deal! I highly recommend asking for Steve Croy even if you are just going in to inquire about a new vehicle that’s not doable for you right now. More
