I was new to the Fort Wayne area and I wasn't sure which dealership to go to buy a nice truck at the reasonable price. So I went around different dealerships talking to people and looking at cars. But by far, Kelley Chevy was the only dealership that made me feel like the people there were willing to work with me, willing to go the extra mile to make sure that I was able to buy the vehicle I needed for my dad. Instead of me having to find someone to help me, my salesmen, Steve, approached me first and walked me through the long process of looking for and buying a vehicle. Beyond that, Steve made sure all of my questions were answered, even outside of the dealership, and kept me updated on the process and our options of buying a vehicle. Above all, his humor and willingness to serve made my experience at the Kelley Chevrolet less stressful, humorous, and positive.
